Deliveries will not be made to anyone intoxicated.

Deliveries will not be left at an address if the customer is not present to recieve the delivery

NZPost handels our domestic alcohol deliveries with strict mandatory R18 "Signature Required" protocols, meaning packages cannot be left unattended.

Deliverys will be made during normal business house, However the following restrictions apply; NO alcohol delivery on ANZAC day before 1pm, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday or Good Friday.

Customers can expect their orders in 3 to 5 working days.

Insurance is taken care of by ourselves and any broken items will be promptly replaced

If for any reasonable reason you want to return an item, you must contact us via E-mail or phone within 3 days of receiving the order. We will then issue a return authorization code. The return item must be accompanied by a return authorization number, in original condition, and in the original packaging, with the appropriate insurance via your local carrier. Your money will then be refunded minus original shipping charges.
